Student Growth

edEdge offers flexibility with how student growth is measured, allowing districts to define the measurement model most suited for each teacher. Our Student Growth module allows you to create and measure student growth assessments, with data automatically flowing through to the Summative.

Build class lists, add exceptions, and create customized assessments and calculations to match your current standards.

Stay on track with guided review workflows and custom alerts.

Summative Reviews

edEdge’s Summative functionality allows evaluators to quickly build an evaluation based upon data collected during the school year. Each district is able to define the rating criteria so that the Summative automatically pre-populates a teacher’s ratings based upon prior observations. Evaluators can build their report by inserting portions of their write-ups from the observations they conducted throughout the year.

The end result is a simplified exercise that can be completed in a fraction of the time normally spent if completing a Summative manually or using other systems.

Teachers are optionally able to complete a self-evaluation that the evaluator can reference when completing the report.

Reviews that build themselves throughout the year

Consolidated notes carry over across reviews, allowing you to easily reuse and edit notes from the entire year
